We keep many of our products in stock and ready to ship. However, if an item is unavailable and will take more than 5 days to reach you, we’ll get in touch to let you know.

Shipping is available via Royal Mail:

First Class: £4.00 (Estimated delivery time of 1-2 days)
Second Class: £3.00 (Estimated delivery time of 2-4 days)

Please note that these services are not trackable, if you would like your order sent on a tracked service please contact us before placing your order.

Please note that we currently only ship within the UK.

Returns

Since each piece is handmade, you can expect it to be beautiful and unique—but not flawless!

All of our products are carefully checked before they’re sent out. Because of this, we don’t usually accept returns unless something arrives faulty.

That said, we really want you to be happy with your order—so if there’s a problem, just drop us an email within 14 days at thetinytrovestore@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to sort it out.
